charming surprise, a good stay!

easy transfers delicious buffet

I was charmed by the hotel's location, so close to the tram stop. this made airport transfers very easy. the breakfasts offered ample options with a delicious buffet and varied cooked choices. I felt spoilt for choice.

the lack of clear signage made the hotel difficult to spot initially. we walked past it a few times, unsure if it was the right place. more prominent branding would be beneficial.

The hotel's proximity to public transport was a big advantage. A tram stop is directly outside. the convenience allowed for quick travel to both the airport and different parts of the city.

Breakfast provided a great variety with both buffet and cooked-to-order choices. there were many options, easily catering to different tastes. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and selection of teas.

The staff were friendly and helpful. i found the location convenient. It was close to the tram stop. the shower in my room was good.

my room faced the street and i experienced noise. the tv in my room did not work. also, i found the cleanliness of the room to be below expectations, especially the dust on the skirting boards.
